LanceSoft is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Mesa, Arizona. The position runs 40 hours per week with 10-hour days, and includes travel experience and acute care exposure.

Requirements include 24 months OT experience, active BLS, and a verified license within the last 30 days. RTO limits apply, and a driver’s license is required to verify residency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months OT experience with recent work within the last 12 months.
• Life support certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI are required.
• Active license to practice must be verified in the last 30 days.
• RTO cannot exceed 7 days, no RTO during the first week of assignment.
• Candidate must hold a driver’s license to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
• Complete Banner Cover Page is required.
• Resume must list all facilities, departments, trauma level designation, and bed counts.
• OT skills checklist must be completed within the last 12 months.
• Active BLS certification from approved vendor is required.
• Driver's license is mandatory.

JOB COMMENTS/REQUIREMENTS: Pewter scrubs. 10-hr shifts every Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday. Must have acute care experience, nice to have Level I trauma. Holiday rotation, start times may vary, follow all department guidelines.
