LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Tampa, Florida.
Fast Paced Building with hi volume of evaluations.
Must have confirmed SNF post graduate experience as well as PCC/NetHealth proficiency.
Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands‑on therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
Collaborate with physical therapists, speech‑language pathologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued care and safety
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Current Occupational Therapist license in the state
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
BLS certification
