Work Schedule

• Day Shift - 40 hours per week (8x5's)
• Floating to other locations may be required as staffing needs dictate

Education and Experience Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) from an accredited program, or foreign equivalent (Required if license was obtained on or after January 2007).
• Two years of occupational therapy experience is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

• Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice (Required)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per organizational policy (Required)
• Facility-specific Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)

Location

This position will primarily be based in a main site with potential floating to other sites as necessary. Must be willing to travel to different sites as staffing needs arise.
