• Floating required to other network sites as needed based on staffing and census, with one primary site

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required
• Two years of occupational therapy experience preferred
• Current Occupational Therapy license required in state of practice, if applicable
• BLS certification required from an approved vendor
• No candidates with a prior license hit will be considered

Additional Information

• Plans and conducts treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental function
• Completes evaluations and establishes individualized treatment plans using appropriate clinical techniques
• Provides therapy interventions following established treatment protocols
• Establishes individualized care and discharge plans and communicates them to appropriate parties
• Completes comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines
• Supervises assigned therapy assistants
• Serves as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
• Required vaccinations are a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will be automatically declined
