Job summary

National Staffing Solutions-Therapy is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our team in Forest Grove, Oregon. This 13-week assignment offers 40 hours per week, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and an ASAP start.

You will provide individualized therapy in a skilled nursing facility, help patients with daily living activities, and document progress to support transitions of care. Required: degree from an accredited OT program, current state license, and BLS certification.
