Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on maximizing functional independence.

Provide ADL retraining, upper extremity rehabilitation, cognitive interventions, transfer training, and functional mobility activities.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, physical therapists, speech therapists, and case managers.
Educate patients and caregivers on safety, adaptive techniques, and discharge planning.
Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
