You will work with a collaborative rehab team, perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and support discharge planning, with a full-time 40-hour week schedule and day shifts. Arizona OT license or eligibility and current BLS are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments.

• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex conditions.
• Provide upper-extremity rehabilitation, cognitive interventions, and adaptive equipment training.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety, home modifications, and strategies for successful recovery.
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, physicians, and case management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in discharge planning and help patients transition safely to their next level of care.
