ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in San Francisco, California. The Outpatient OT evaluates all assigned patients, develops and modifies treatment plans, and ensures therapy is delivered per physician orders.

This 13-week assignment offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts and flexible scheduling. Required are hand therapy experience with splinting, OT degree, 6–12 months outpatient experience, CPR certification, and an active OT license.

Qualifications

• Must have hand therapy experience and be comfortable making splints.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR Certification required.
• Active State Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.
• Documents all patient interactions clearly, concisely, and in a timely manner.

The Outpatient Occupational Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with the patient’s needs, goals, and physician direction. This role is responsible for delegating and directing all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that facilitate a return to community activities.
