Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 12-week SNF assignment in Purcell, Oklahoma. The travel OT will work 40 hours per week in a Skilled Nursing Facility, with day shifts, in a supportive Central Oklahoma setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, creating therapy plans, and helping patients regain independence in ADLs, with collaboration from an interdisciplinary rehab team.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license or eligibility.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care.
• Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Address strength, coordination, balance, safety, cognition, and functional mobility.
• Provide adaptive equipment training and compensatory strategies as appropriate.
• Work with patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to maximize independence and safety.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
