Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for Show Low, Arizona. The OT will create, communicate, and implement the patient’s individualized care plan, utilizing equipment and exercises to support the patient’s progress.

Responsibilities include updating medical records and providing reports, with a 15-week assignment starting 09/21/2026, 40 hours per week, days shift. This travel role offers exposure to a growing team and diverse patient cases.

Qualifications

• Must have certification from an accredited OT program.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Effective communication, including listening, writing, speaking and reading.

Responsibilities

• Create, communicate, and implement the patient’s individualized care plan using equipment and exercises.
• Update medical records regularly and provide reports as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to support patient progress.
• Participate in ongoing patient care and documentation during travel assignment.
