Job summary

Towne U.S. LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Galesburg, IL (61401). The role offers weekly pay of $2,425, dayshift, and relocation stipends. You'll join a supportive rehab team and help patients regain independence in a SNF setting.

Active OT licensure is required or eligible for licensure in the state. New grads are welcome, with strong communication and collaboration skills expected to ensure quality patient care throughout the contract.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
• Help patients regain daily living skills through targeted interventions
• Use therapeutic exercises and adaptive equipment to improve functional outcomes
• Collaborate closely with PTs, SLPs, nurses, and other care team members
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with SNF standards
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to enhance independence
