Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The OT will work 35 hours per week with a 7-hour daytime shift and travel as needed.

Requirements include 1 year of OT experience (6 months may be considered for exceptional cases), BLS, NBCOT-OTR certification, and state licensure. This role involves evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and coordinating with families and employers, with documentation per guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience required; exceptional candidates with 6 months may be considered
• Must have BLS and NBCOT-OTR certification with state licensure
• OT should be able to stand and walk for long periods and have knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and observe performance
• Evaluate patient condition and needs

• Maintain timely documentation for billing and reporting
