Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pittsfield, MA. The OT will work 35 hours per week, dayshift, with travel stipends as applicable, and must hold BLS and NBCOT-OTR with state licensing.

Responsibilities include patient evaluations, treatment planning, education of families, and accurate documentation in line with payer and state guidelines. New grads are encouraged to apply with appropriate background.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience; new grads may apply.
• Must have BLS and NBCOT-OTR with state licensing.

Responsibilities

• Review medical history and observe patients performing tasks.
• Evaluate condition and needs to develop a treatment plan.
• Educate family and employer on accommodations and care.
• Provide timely documentation following guidelines.
