Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor/OT degree from an accredited program and eligibility for national exam.
• Current Oregon OT license required; registration with AOTA preferred.
• CRASE training required if travel assignment extends beyond six months; ongoing CE encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional status and implement the physician's plan of care.
• Complete assessments and reassessments using objective tests and measurements.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate the plan of care.
