Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Granger, Indiana. The role involves 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, and a 13-week duration, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD).
• Possession of an active state OT license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct thorough evaluations and treatments for patients based on physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to patient needs.
• Document services provided accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
