Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lafayette, Indiana. Start date 11/17/2026, 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.

The OT will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team to achieve rehabilitation goals. Requirements include an accredited degree, a Master's in OT, NBCOT, one year of experience, active or pending state licensure, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience.
• Current state license or in process for licensure as an OT.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient.
• Provides skilled occupational therapy services / interventions as ordered by physician.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
