Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Wilmington, Delaware, starting 11/09/2026. You will cover 40 hours per week, with dayshift, as part of a travel rehabilitation team.

Requires licensed OT, Master’s degree, NBCOT, CPR, and at least one year of experience. The assignment includes housing options, benefits, and travel reimbursement via MedPro.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or in process for licensure
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with clear goals based on patient capacity.
• Develop a plan of care for each OT patient and provide skilled OT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
