Job summary

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Woonsocket, South Dakota. The position requires evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living activities.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients per orders, updating plans, documenting services, and supervising COTAs while collaborating with care teams and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state OT license or ability to obtain.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
