Job summary

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel assignment in Mitchell, South Dakota. The position is 13 weeks long, consists of 40 hours per week with a 9-hour daytime shift, and offers travel-based compensation.

You will provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, assess and help patients develop functional independence, document progress accurately, and educate patients and families while adhering to facility

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy interventions per OT plan of care.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Assist with patient and family education.
