You will support patient care through specialty clinical services, perform assessments and treatments within your scope, document progress, operate relevant equipment, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to help deliver quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional, cognitive, and daily‑living needs and establish individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver occupation‑based interventions that rebuild independence in self‑care, home, and daily activities
• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment, energy‑conservation techniques, and home and activity modifications
• Reassess progress and adjust each plan of care as patients advance, directing and collaborating with Occupational Therapy Assistants and the interdisciplinary team
