You will support patient care through specialty-specific clinical services, perform assessments and treatments within your scope of practice, document patient progress, operate relevant medical equipment, and collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to help

• Evaluate patients' functional, cognitive, and daily-living needs and establish individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver occupation-based interventions that rebuild independence in self-care, home, and daily activities
• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment, energy-conservation techniques, and home and activity modifications
• Reassess progress and adjust each plan of care as patients advance, directing and collaborating with Occupational Therapy team
