American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a combined SNF and Home Health role in the Beatrice, Nebraska area. The position requires at least 1 year of experience and a current BLS certification, with a valid driver’s license for consideration.

The assignment runs for 13 weeks, typically on day shift, with a split 50/50 facility and home health settings. Candidates may be considered as first-time travelers and housing/travel reimbursements are provided.

Qualifications

• Active OT license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC)
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• New graduates will be considered

Responsibilities

• Split setting approx. 50/50 between SNF and home health in Beatrice, NE area including Auburn HH
• 13-week assignment on day shift with varying schedules
• Supervises 1 COTA
• Uses HCHB for home health and NetHealth for SNF charting
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Onsite Therapy Supervisor available for support
• Productivity expectations include 80% in SNF and a points-based system for home health
• Local candidates accepted at an adjusted rate
• 80-mile radius rule for local placement
• First-time travelers will be considered
