Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse for the OB/L&D/Postpartum/Nursery unit in Perham, MN. The start date is 09/21/2026 for a travel assignment measured in weeks with a weekly pay rate of 2,304 to 2,415 and 0 guaranteed hours.

Shifts are 12 hours, days and nights on a rotating schedule (3x12). The role requires active MN RN license, at least 1 year of RN experience in a community hospital setting, Epic charting experience, and certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN.

Qualifications

• Active MN Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN (Beginner & Intermediate)
• COVID-19 vaccine required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct obstetric and newborn nursing care on the OB/L&D/Postpartum/Nursery unit.
• Monitor maternal and fetal status, interpret external fetal monitoring, and assist with labor and delivery (vaginal delivery, induction, C-section support).
• Administer IV medications and infusions, perform venipuncture, and manage postpartum analgesia and medications.
• Deliver postpartum and newborn care, including newborn assessments and breastfeeding support.
• Chart accurately in Epic and coordinate with interdisciplinary team (PT, Respiratory, Interpretation, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response, Pharmacy).
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and safety protocols.
