Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel Ob/Gyn Sonographer for a travel assignment in Boston, Massachusetts, to support a high-risk obstetric ultrasound unit. The candidate should have at least 3 years of sonography experience with 1 year in MFM, BLS certification, and the ability to collaborate across care teams.

Shifts are 8 hours, 40 hours per week, for 13 weeks, with a days schedule and a 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sonography experience.
• At least 1 year of MFM-specific experience.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• License required if applicable.
• Must meet AIUM accreditation standards.
• Strong documentation skills for EMR/PACS entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform OB/Gyn and high-risk obstetric ultrasounds with detailed anatomy and Doppler studies.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, radiologists, nurses and genetics staff.
• Adhere to EMR/PACS documentation standards and quality metrics.
• Support multidisciplinary care coordination within the OB/Gyn team.
