Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Sonographer / Ultrasound Tech focused on OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine imaging for a travel assignment in Burlington, Vermont. The 5-week engagement starts 10/29/2026 in a hospital setting with 8-hour day shifts, five days weekly.

Weekly pay ranges from $3,045 to $3,160; guaranteed hours are not specified. Responsibilities include detailed fetal anatomy scans, OB follow-ups, BPP, Dopplers, and pelvic imaging; EPIC EMR documentation is required.

Qualifications

• OB/GYN and MFM ultrasound imaging expertise.
• Proficient in OB/GYN scanning including fetal anatomy, OB follow-ups, BPP, Dopplers, and first-trimester imaging.
• EPIC EMR experience within past 2 years (nonnegotiable).
• ARDMS OB/GYN credential required.
• Vermont license required at submission.

Responsibilities

• Perform OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine ultrasound exams, including routine and detailed fetal anatomy scans, OB follow-ups, BPP, Umbilical Dopplers, and MCA Dopplers, plus first-trimester and pelvic imaging.
• Manage patient throughput, seen up to 8 patients per day (4 morning, 4 afternoon); twin pregnancies count as two scans.
• Document findings and manage data entry in the EPIC EMR; communicate results to obstetric teams.
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine, OB/GYN colleagues, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality imaging and patient care.
• Maintain equipment, follow safety, privacy, and infection-control protocols; uphold ARDMS OB/GYN credentialing standards.
• Participate in scheduling and onboarding requirements, including orientations and compliance steps.
