Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse for OB/GYN travel assignment in Delano, CA. This 13-week, 12-hour night shift position involves hospital-based obstetric and gynecologic patient care with ongoing credentialing and support.

The role requires an active CA RN license or eligibility, OB/GYN experience, and strong clinical and communication skills. Travel coordination and onboarding assistance are provided by the recruiter team.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license (California) or eligible for licensure by endorsement.
• OB/GYN nursing experience or strong obstetric/gynecology clinical skills; ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for obstetric and gynecologic patients.
• Monitor patient conditions, perform routine assessments, document findings, respond to changes.
• Develop and implement care plans, administer medications, monitor effects and adverse reactions.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
