Job summary

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a Travel Nurse RN - Transplant for a 13-week assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Start date is 10/12/2026, with 8-hour shifts and 3x12 night coverage on a travel basis within a Level 1 Trauma Center and an advanced transplant program.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for an adult inpatient population, following ANA Scope and Standards, and enjoy weekly direct-pay, lodging/meals stipends, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have NxStage CRRT experience.
• Trauma Level 1 experience required.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.
