Summary:

The 3-North Unit RN is responsible for assessing patient/family health problems, leading in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care. The RN provides technical nursing care to Medical/Surgical patients aged eighteen and above, demonstrating understanding of their developmental needs. This role supports the mission of CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, aligning with its Core Values and strategic goals.
