Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry unit according to unit protocols and standards
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and medical equipment using GE Telemetry Monitoring
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Document patient information accurately in MediTech EMR system
• Adhere to hospital policies, dress code, and safety guidelines
