Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a neuro medical/surgical unit with a patient ratio of 1:5.
• Monitor patients using equipment such as Welch Allyn Vital sign, COWs, Hoyer lift, PCA pumps, CareView Virtual Sitter, Telepsych, Teleneuro.
• Assist with procedures including stroke NIH, EEGs, gastric decompression, and wound care.
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to unit policies and dress code requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR.
