Job summary

GTT Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. The role requires 12 months of PERM experience in Stepdown/Neuro, active Ohio or Compact RN license, and BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications.

Night 12-hour shifts, 13- or 20-week contracts, and travel benefits are provided. We require seasonally flexible travelers who can commit to every other holiday.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of PERM experience in the specialty.
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact State License in hand.
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
• Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
• Contract Length: 13 weeks or 20 weeks preferred for winter coverage; 13 weeks also accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in Stepdown/Neuro/PCU as assigned.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care.
• Document and communicate patient status and changes to physicians and staff.

• PCU/Progressive Care: Experience preferred but not required.
• License: Must have an active Ohio RN License or Compact State License in hand.
• Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
• Holiday Requirement: Traveler must work at least every other holiday .
