Job summary

Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Springfield, Massachusetts. This 10-week assignment requires 36 hours per week with 12‑hour shifts (days and nights) and a start date of 09/07/2026.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of RN stepdown experience, ACLS and BLS certifications, and be comfortable floating to med-tele & IMC units. Travel with per diem benefits and support from Prime Time TEAM.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of RN Stepdown/ICU experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Willing to float to other units; experience with high-flow NC, vents, and cardiac drips.

Responsibilities

• Provide Stepdown care to adult patients on nights.
• Float to med-tele and IMC as needed.
• Work 36 hours per week on 12‑hour shifts.

Cases seen: PNA, COPD exacerbation, DKA, HHS, ETOH withdrawal, GIB, Sepsis, PE, UTI, Respiratory failure
Years of Exp preferred: 1-2 years
Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
: Floating to other units can happen at times, RN s work on both sides of the floor (med-tele & IMC), must have experience with trachs, vents, high-flow NC, Cardiac drips, BiPaP, & telemetry
