• Required Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIH
• Compliance & Submission Rules: Valid Driver’s license (address must match permanent address and ARH coversheet), middle name confirmation required, strict limit of max 7 days RTO presented up front, and 2 required references completed within the last year (1 Charge or higher, 1 supervisor)
