Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current Nursing License in the state where working, with active BLS certification.
• Required to have and maintain credentials required per their specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in the area in which you work.
• Knowledge of nursing theory, practice, and age-specific needs.
• Interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with coworkers and patients.
• Critical thinking skills for nursing duties.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a collaborative environment.
• Honesty, integrity, and caring personality.
• Must not hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
• Ability to complete orientation and training.
