Leading provider of inpatient rehabilitation for stroke, brain injury, hip fracture, and other complex neurological and orthopedic conditions in Lexington. No high acuity patients, vents, or trachs. Patients stay up to two weeks. Beds: 158 beds. Units: 6 (Spinal Cord, Brain Injury, 2 Stroke Units, General Rehab, Med Unit). Float: May float to affiliated facilities or departments. Requirements include at least 1.5 years of Med Surg or Acute experience, inpatient rehab background, BLS through AHA, and KY RN or Compact Licensure.
