• Provide nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation unit.
• Monitor and document patient progress, especially post-acute stroke, cardiac issues, or weakness/deconditioning.
• Float within skillset if census is low.
• Adhere to nurse patient ratios of 1:5.
• Support patients requiring acute rehab in a small unit with 17 beds.
