Job Description:

1. Work within a freestanding psychiatric facility with 92 beds across 6 units.
2. Each unit operates in teams, consisting of 1 RN, 1 LPN (for medication administration), and 2 Mental Health Technicians (MHT).
3. Patient ratio is up to 1:18 per team.
4. The role involves responding to codes and handling de-escalations and restraints when necessary.
5. Flexible to float between different units and will be oriented to each.
6. The orientation includes 3 days, which can start any Monday or any other day of the week as needed.
7. Compliance due Monday prior to the Monday start.
8. This facility follows Joint Commission minimum staffing requirements and does not have security staff; staff handle all escalations.
9. House Supervisor oversees all units.
