Job Summary

Preoperative Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Tracy, CA. This role involves performing routine assessments, delivering holistic patient care, and coordinating interdisciplinary plans of care for surgical patients in an outpatient setting. The position requires providing patient education, supporting transitions of care, and fostering collaborative communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

CA RN Licensure, 3 years of experience, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications, ambulatory surgery/phase II experience within the past 2 years, EPIC charting system experience, and a minimum of 3 years of professional nursing experience.
