Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 30-bed Telemetry/Stroke unit with a 5:1 nurse‑to‑patient ratio
• Care for patients presenting with chest pain, cardiac arrhythmias, post‑cardiac catheterization needs, stroke, sepsis, and alcohol/substance withdrawal
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Float to other units as needed
• Adhere to stroke protocols and unit‑specific clinical standards; NIHSS certification required
