Job Description & Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating patient stabilization, managing their condition, and ensuring patient safety during ground and air interfacility transport. Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and directs care for neonate, infant, child, adolescent, and adult patients during interfacility transport in accordance with established protocols. Partnered with a Respiratory Therapist. Equipment used includes Isolette (NxtGen and Voyager), Tecotherm, Baxter IV pump, Medfusion IV pump, Hamilton ventilator, Zoll monitor. Computer/EMR: Epic. Flight suit provided; black boots required.

  • Schedule: Nights, 7 PM - 7 AM, every 3rd weekend
