• Active RN License
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS Certifications
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care PACU setting
• Other requirements as determined by the client facility

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, signs, and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes; utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members; document nursing diagnoses.
• Document the patient's care plan with diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions.
• Initiate and evaluate patient and family education.
• Revise and document the care plan based on evaluations and changes in medical conditions.
