Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU to work in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This role involves providing care in a Progressive Care Unit for diverse patients requiring cardiac monitoring. Candidates must have a valid Wisconsin RN license, along with BLS and ACLS certifications. Shifts are 12 hours at night, with guaranteed hours at 36 hours a week. Qualifications

Job Description & Requirements

PCU RN - 12hr Nights - Menomonee Falls, WI

• 12 hour nights, every other weekend
• MCU is a 29 bed Cardiac Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit
• RN's are Telemetry, ACLS and NIHSS certified.
• Patient population is very diverse including interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, acute MI, CHF, COPD as well as acute stroke and an y other patients needing closer cardiac monitoring and assessment.
• They also provide care for patients requiring peritoneal dialysis, IV antiarrhythmics, insulin infusions, BiPap and those on home ventilators.
• Certifications & Licensure: -Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
• BLS and ACLS required
• Travel Guaranteed Hours: 36
