Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a key role on the patient care team, delivering both direct and indirect care using the nursing process in all assigned areas. Responsibilities include initial assessments, care planning, and coordination of diagnostic testing under physician guidance.

Job Duties

Assess patients upon admission including history, vitals, labs, x-rays, etc.
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Schedule Requirements

Every other weekend required
Holiday availability required

Required Credentials

Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN)
Licensure: Valid RN license in the State of New Hampshire
Certifications:

BLS Required
ACLS Required
NIHSS Recommended

Experience

Must be a PCU/Stepdown RN with telemetry experience
Minimum 3 years of previous nursing experience preferred

Other Skills
