Summary

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. This assignment lasts 13.14 weeks and is scheduled to start on April 27, 2026. Required Experience and Licensure

• 18 months of permanent experience in the applying specialty prior to travel assignments.
• 18 months of recent Neuro Stepdown experience; travel experience is acceptable.
• Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license at the time of submission.

Preferred Experience

• PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required.

Certifications

• AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification required.
• All certifications must be active and have no pending status.

Skills and Qualifications

• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate completion during orientation with an acceptable score required (two attempts maximum to pass).
• Must work at least every other holiday.
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required for submission.

Additional Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only).
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only).
• Nicotine-free requirement for travelers other than Nurses and CSTs; negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start (must be updated annually).

Compliance and Submission Requirements

• BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing contract.
• Badging and fingerprinting to be completed onsite before start date.
• Completion of required modules (average 6-15 hours of modules).

Compensation

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ from the amount shown and may be subject to change during an assignment.
