Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1880-$2020
• Location: Mechanicsville, VA 23116
• Start Date: June 16, 2025
• End Date: September 13, 2025
• Shift: 12-hour nights, required to work every other weekend/major holiday

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia or covered by compact
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• 6 months of RN experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
• Must pass EKG Exam at Orientation
  
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Create and implement plans of care, evaluate treatment effectiveness
• Administer medications safely and in accordance with policies
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments
• Advocate for patient safety and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Manage care for patients with multi-system organ failure and trauma
• Utilize AACN Synergy Model to support patient stability
