Seeking a travel RN for a 13-week position in Springfield, MA, in the PCU with a start date of 06/09/2025.

• Provide intermediate care for patients recovering from surgery or acute conditions, monitoring vital signs, labs, and cardiac rhythms.
• Administer medications, manage complex conditions, and deliver post-surgical care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team, participate in rounds, and develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, medications, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Accurately document care and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Follow infection control protocols, respond promptly to emergencies, and perform advanced life support as needed.
• Support teamwork, mentor less experienced staff, and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 36 hours/week, with a pay package based on shifts and a potential tax-free stipend.
