Job Summary

Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position in a short-term acute care facility. The role involves providing perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The assignment is scheduled to start on 10/20/2026 and conclude on 01/19/2027, with a 10-hour shift during days, and a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Details

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Education and Experience: At least 1 year of operating room nursing experience, with the required skills in various surgical procedures including thoracotomy, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernia repair, arthroscopy, fracture reductions, spinal surgeries, and urology procedures.
• Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license (compact license accepted), at least 1 year of OR experience, minimum 0 years of experience, valid license in state of employment, and the candidate must have worked at a healthcare facility within the last 3 years.
• Additional Information: Candidates may need to float between nearby facilities; refusaL to float may result in contract termination. Candidates must be willing to work 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. All scheduling or RTO requests must be submitted upfront. Prior experience at a providence facility is required if applicable.
