Job summary

Olaro is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU for Madison, WI. This 13-week contract requires 12-hour nights and 48 hours per week, with some weekends. You will care for critically ill newborns and their families in a 26-bed NICU, with emphasis on Level IV exposure and post-op care.

Applicants must have at least 2 years NICU experience (1 year in Level IV), WI license or compact, BLS, and NRP. Epic experience preferred.

vening/Night, 12 hour shifts, 7:00pm-7:30am. Monday through Friday, required to work 2-3 weekends per 6-week scheduling period.

Will accept up to 26 weeks.

Must have at least 2 years of total NICU III/IV experience, with at least 1 full year of Level IV NICU.

(You may combine Level III and Level IV experience to reach the 2-year total, but a minimum of 1 year must be in a Level IV NICU.)

Experience with post-op patients, g-tubes, trach/vents management, various modes of invasive/noninvasive ventilation.

Epic experience required preferred within the last 12 months

Licensure and Certification:

Traveler must have Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or compact license from their permanent address state.

BLS must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY
