• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).

Responsibilities

• Care for newborns in NICU, including pre-term and at-term infants with complications.
• Provide intensive around-the-clock medical and daily care activities.
