Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Description: 11 James MICU - D/N ROTATING - 2 YRS EXP
Patient Age group: Adults, Geriatrics
First time travelers: No
Patient Diagnoses: The most common diagnoses include Oncologic Emergencies, COPD, pneumonia, ARDS, gastrointestinal bleed, neuromuscular disease, drug overdose, oncologic treatment consequences, pulmonary hypertension, autoimmune disorders, and sepsis.
Procedures/Unit Details: Treatments include mechanical ventilation, pulmonary artery catheter placement, CRRT, arterial pressure monitoring, cardiac monitoring, chest tubes, central venous catheters, chemotherapy, complex medications, clinical trials, plasmapheresis, bronchoscopy, and endoscopy.
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NIH
Skills Required: Vents, IV Starts, Computerized Charting, EPIC
Total Hourly Pay Rate: $62.78/hr
On W2 (Taxable): $20.00/hr
Stipend (Non-Taxable): $42.78/hr
Weekly Breakdown: Gross: $2,260/week
On W2: $720/week
Stipend: $1,540/week
